What are the minimum numbers for a corporate day?
Corporate golf days can have as few as 20 players and can range right up to over 100. If you numbers don't reach the minimum please contact our offices for information on what is available.

What days and times can we book a corporate day?
Corporate bookings can be made 7 days a week, but do depend on availability. On most weekends it is very difficult to get a corporate group in, and bookings can not be made prior to 1:00 PM Saturday and 11:00 AM Sunday. Monday to Thursday there are always times available.

Can we bring our own alcoholic drinks?
No. The Town of Cambridge holds a liquor license for the venue and it constitutes an offence to bring liquor onto the course.

Can we have drinks supplied on course?
Yes. A mobile beverage cart can be arranged to ensure your guests have access to cold drinks and light refreshments throughout their game. If you would like alcohol to be available from this cart there is a $70.00 fee applicable for the extension of the liquor license.

Is there a booking fee for corporate days?
Most corporate bookings will attract a booking fee of $5.00 per head. This fee is for the privilege of booking tee times in advance of any members of the public. If your group / company books more than 6 events a year at Wembley we would be happy to waive this fee for you.

Can our group have a shotgun start?
Shotgun starts are only available Monday to Thursday and with an early start. Please speak to your function coordinator if you would like further clarification on this.

What are the green fees?
Green fees on weekdays are $16.50 and $22.00 for 9 and 18 holes respectively. On the weekends this increases to $19.00 and $28.00

Can you supply us with hire equipment like clubs?
The pro shop has a range of hire equipment including carts and clubs available.

Can we erect banners and signage on the course?
Corporate golf groups are welcome to have the corporate or sponsor's banners erected on course or within the clubhouse. There are costs and limitations to this, so please speak to your function coordinator for pricing and guidelines.

Can we conduct presentations afterwards?
Wembley has a range of function facilities and areas that are well suited for conducting presentation after your game and having a drink or a bite to eat.     FUNCTION FAQs

How many people can the facilities accommodate?
Our primary function room, the Lakes Room, can accommodate up to 120 guests for a seated function or 200 in a cocktail style. Larger groups can utilise our expansive undercroft area for up to 400 guests.

What style of functions can be held here?
The clubhouse facilities are well suited for seminars, lunches and dinners, cocktail parties, awards nights, team wind-ups, social club gatherings, birthdays and even wedding receptions.

Is there a room hire fee?
Most functions will attract a room hire fee to utilise our facilities. this fee varies depending on the area you wish to book and covers setup, cleaning and all furniture required for your event.

Do we have to play golf to have a function there?
No. You are welcome to use our facilities without a golf booking, even just come down for a drink in a bar and bistro at the end of a busy week.

Can you supply audio visual items?
Our function staff are happy to assist with arranging any audio visual or hire equipment you may require. The Clubhouse itself has limited equipment, but good relationships with excellent suppliers to ensure whatever equipment you need for your function is delivered and ready to go.

Can we supply our own food and beverage?
No. The Clubhouse has onsite caterers who can accommodate all of your food and beverage needs. The Clubhouse itself is fully licensed and stocks a wide array of beverages.

What time can our function go until?
Our current liquor license requires that functions finish by 12:00 AM. Should you like your event to continue longer this may be possible with the lodgment of an extended liquor permit. Costs and restrictions apply to this, please speak to your function coordinator for more information.

How long will my tentative booking be held for?
We can hold your tentative booking, without the receipt of a deposit, for up to 7 days. After this time the date will be released and may be resold.

Do you require a deposit for my function?
Larger Corporate golf groups and functions will require a deposit of $1,000 to confirm your booking. For more information on this please download our function Terms and Conditions or consult your function coordinator.

When do I need to confirm final numbers and menu?
We require final guest numbers to be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to your event. Your final menu selection is required 14 days in advance.
